Hi there, Found an extremely friendly black German Shepherd wandering the corner of 22nd and Mifflin the other morning. We have taken the dog in and he is doing well. Please contact me if you have any info that would help finding the owners. We are happy to keep the dog, but know someone is most likely out there heartbroken. If claiming the dog, proof of ownership will be needed!
