Coforma,, is an independent, third-party, design agency that is looking for people who are willing to share their COVID-19 testing and diagnosis stories with our team, remotely via Zoom. No travel needed. Participants will be compensated for completed interviews ($75 for 1 hour). Everything you share with us will be anonymized. Reply by July 31, 2022 About the Research Project This project is called the COVID-19 Patient Journey: Diagnosis Experience and is in support of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) goal of better understanding the experiences of people seeking diagnosis and care for COVID-19. This will help find innovative solutions that improve COVID-19 education, diagnosis, and treatment.
