Unique opportunity for a mechanic and/or investor

I have a partner proposition for someone who thinks they can work on and fix RVs. I have a 1987 34ft  Holiday Rambler Presidential motorhome that doesn't run and needs work and I ran out of money to put into it and am permanently handicap and disabled and can't do the heavy stuff anymore. I own it free and clear and kept it insured and licensed and registered even tho it's been parked 3 years now. If I could get it running, I can rent it out either for short term road trips or even drive it to a lot and park it and rent it out as a place to live since many people live full time in RVs and housing costs in Florida are exploding with less places to live or rent. So I'm looking for someone to do the work needed get the parts as their investment for a sort of delayed pay, and share the spoils and profits with me after it is making us money. Work can be done nights and weekends and when rent money comes in it is not considered "earned taxable income" but passive investment or retirement income so that even someone retired or on social security or unemployment comp or workers comp can do something like this to make side money without it interfering with their other things.
