Closed loop extraction system

I have an ETS 1300 closed loop extraction system I bought used. I need a little help getting it going. Its set up no leaks...when I try to run it I am almost there but the hydrocarbons are staying in the tank and not moving through the system.Worked for a few seconds and then stopped moving on one attempt. Can hear the butane/propane bubbling away in the tank but it just stays there and doesn't go through the system. Have any experienced with these machines would like to get a little help. If you are experienced I am sure it will take 60 seconds to tell me whats wrong...have no experience actually running this type of extractor...email your number with your response so I can get in touch
