Worst Handyman Ever - Tommy Saiz

Do not hire Tommy Saiz for any kind of handyman work. He's a con man and a womanizer. I have included his picture and information, as well as my story, if you care to read it. I hired him on March 21st to do a lot of work around my house. We agreed to a set amount for all of it. After all this time, only about 20% has been completed and he has been paid 80% of the total amount. I was scared he wouldn't continue to show up if I didn't give him money, which he asked for every couple of days, and I fell for his sob stories about needing money for stuff. He's manipulative and not very good at what he does, as the painting he did was half-assed. He was late every single day, by at least an hour. He would touch me, grab my hand to show me what he did, call me "baby" and "sweetheart" after I repeatedly asked him not to. He's now ignoring my calls and texts after promising over and over that he wouldn't cut and run or screw me over. He did exactly that and now I'm out a lot of money with nothing to show for it. I found someone else to work with so I can finally have my house and peace of mind back. I just want everyone to know what a terrible person this guy is and hope to help anyone needing work to avoid him so you don't go through the stress and harassment I've had to go through.
