A local reputable property management firm is seeking a PART TIME service driven Maintenance Tech to join our team! University Commons is a 96 unit apartment building situated very close to Cleveland State University! This is an aging building and needs someone handy to give it all the TLC it needs! Job Details: Overseeing Building General maintenance & repair Preventative maintenance, vendor coordination Apartment Turn Overs, following a 7 day turn cadence Performing occupied maintenance work orders Grounds upkeep Janitorial work will be required in all elements Qualified Applicants should have basic tools, general maintenance and repair skills including plumbing, HVAC, minor electrical, painting and dry wall repair abilities. Must also be proven to work independently and with a sense of urgency. Lifting 50lbs +, climbing stairs, bending, standing, using ladders, is all functions of the job, 2 years experience required with favorable references required. Valid Drivers license is required.
