We are in need of a maintenance technician for our properties located in Angier and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 position that pays $25.00/hour average of 8 to 16 hours per week depending on the maintenance required. Perfect for a retired maintenance technician who wants a little extra income or a side job. Ideal candidate will have some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, very light construction, etc.
