Cobalt Real Estate Services is a Commercial Real Estate Services is a commercial property maintenance company We currently have one position open for parking lot patrol 7 days a week from 6pm - 11pm. This is a temporary position through the year 2022. The contract will end at the end of this this year. This is NOT a security job, the duties are only to patrol the parking lot and report any suspicious activities to Cobalt's Supervisor. NO experience necessary, but any considered applicant will be required to pass a criminal background check.
