i need concrete in my basement

I need someone to put concrete on the basement floor. It is currently a dirt floor with 6 mil plastic on it. Just need 2" of concrete on top. does not have to be finished totally smooth but flat would be nice. the basement size is 19'x48' there is a window that could be used to pour the cement in. let me know how much you would charge and I can get you in there to look at it.
