FEMALE HOMEOWNER NEEDS HANDYMAN (Beverly/Chicago) JOB DESCRIPTION I am rehabbing a home in Beverly to be sold soon. I’ll be hiring 1-3 able body men to help me with this project. This project starts after July 5th, although I’ll continue to hire throughout the month if certain people don’t work out. Work will be outside in the yard and garage. Some of the work will involve mowing grass, cutting/clearing bushes, shrubs, small trees, logs, mixing concrete, and cleaning debris. Debris will be put in bags and in my trash cans, some will need to be hauled away to the city dump, which I’ll pay you extra for the dumping fee. I also need furniture dropped off at the Salvation Army. You’ll also be assisting me with heavy lifting (bags of concrete, fence posts, bags of gravel, etc.) and digging, as I’ll be rehabbing a backyard fishpond. I’ll also need you to make trips to HomeDepot/Lowes to pickup orders. If this works out, I'll keep you as a contact to use for other projects for my other properties. NOTE: Before I give you the exact address/location, I’ll do a quick background check. So if you’re a CONVICTED FELON, don’t bother applying. When you arrive, you’ll need to show me your driver’s license to verify your identity. ZERO TOLERANCE No Creeps Weirdos or Flirts please. If I sense that you're any of these, you will not be invited back to work. No Flakes, I cannot deal with tardiness or sluggish workers. Be here on time to work hard until it’s quitting time, and if I send you to pickup orders (or to the store) do it quickly and come right back. COMPENSATION $25.00 per hour (5-8 hours of work daily) 30 min unpaid break TOOLS I will provide the tools, but if you have your own tools that you prefer to use, that’s fine too. I’ll also provide cold water/beverages.
