NOW HIRING Construction/Laborer/Maintenance Person Experience a plus but willing to train Please email resume to [email protected] or call Stephanie at 909-612-5788 Duties will include: • Landscaping (mowing, raking pine needles, fixing sprinklers, blowing the streets, etc.) • Snow management: Ability to drive small tractor a plus but willing to train if necessary. • Ensuring mobilehome rules and regulations are followed (parking, dogs, etc.) • Sewer Maintenance (using snake and camera. Will Train) • Occasional help with construction projects and/or specialty projects • Management, maintenance and cleaning of separate Big Bear Lake Airbnb residence • Monthly water and electrical meter reads. • Candidate must have good people skills (friendly and not intimidated by enforcing rules and regulations) • Willing to work 4th of July and occasional overtime and additional days during snow season. • Must be willing to commute to Diamond Bar for maintenance on company’s other properties approximately 1 to 2 times a month. • Starting Salary at $17/hr depending on experience. • Full-Time/Part-Time
