Ark Basement Services is a family-owned basement waterproofing and structural repair company. We are looking to add a full time Service Manager to our Erie, PA location. At Ark Basement Services, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service and the Service Manager plays a big part in that. Our Service Manager responds to service requests from our existing customers and oversees our installation crews. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with both company personnel and our past and present customer base. The Service Manager will work closely with Ark Basement’s Pittsburgh and Erie locations, so flexibility and good organizational skills are important. Qualifications: • Prior waterproofing or home improvement experience is required. We will train you on how we install jobs but basic knowledge of foundation repair and or general home improvement work is necessary to be successful. • Must demonstrate a confident, proactive, and positive approach when interacting with clients/team members. • Results driven, resourceful, and hands on individual with strong service orientation. • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. • Candidate must be able to work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordination with sales manager and all employees. Responsibilities: • Conduct all service calls received from Ark Basement customers. Often it will be necessary to troubleshoot the issue and determine the best approach on resolving the matter. • Coordinate and organize the installation crews each morning to ensure all jobs are on schedule and being completed according to the job specifications. • Ensure that vehicles are maintained and inventory is organized and accounted for.
