Replace my garage to house water line

Need my water line replaced between house and garage, estimating 3/4 inch dia by 50 ish feet. Standard lot size (50ft x 100 ft = 5000 sqft). Must be experienced, and have CCB license (please provide). You provide equipment and materials. Your availability? Estimate? Do you need a down payment? If so, percentage of estimate?
