PUNCH LIST SOLUTIONS LLC IS HIRING for part-time work: QUALIFICATIONS: * previous construction experience * physically able to lift 50 lbs or more * attention to detail * ability and willingness to follow directions * team player * teachable and good attitude Job Description: Punch List Work- Drywall touchups, painting and painting touchups, some various light carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, fixture removal and installation, demo, and site cleanup etc. Jobs will be at various work sites, working off of lists for construction companies, homeowners, builders, and property management companies. Pay is based on experience. Room for growth, and bonuses paid quarterly.
