Township Building Services is looking to hire a new janitorial team member in the Northgate Area. Immediate Hiring! **$350 Sign on bonus after 60 days** Schedule: Thursday - Monday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. / 40 Hours a week. Basic janitorial cleaning desired applicant must have experience in this field, excellent communication and must have reliable transportation to work. Job description includes but NOT limited to servicing the common areas of the Northgate Station. Such as all walkways, parking lots, parking structures, interior walk ways, corridors, trash enclosures, emptying trash on continous basis, sweeping side walks, pathways and other common areas, cleaning all entrance doors, carpets, flooring and signage. Candidate must be willing to work outside 90% of the time in all weather climates. Employee will be expected to stand and walk for majority of shift.
