Disabled, need lawn help

Are you a kind human looking to help another out? Do you have a weed whacker and a bit of free time? I am a single mom recovering from major shoulder surgery, and I am in desperate need of help. I'm in town, off Lakeway. My front lawn has become so overgrown that it needs weedwhacked down. My roommate who usually tends to it has recently taken a new residence, and I am not yet cleared to lift a coffee mug--much less to yield lawn equipment. I am currently on medical leave and so can afford a modest cash offering to a kind soul willing to help me. I have a weed whacker but honestly no idea if it has fuel or enough string...
