I will be a vendor at this weekend's Anime Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center. I am seeking 1 person to help run the booth Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - including breakdown and load-out on Monday. Hours: Friday (July 1): 9am-6pm Saturday (July 2): 10am to 6pm Sunday (July 3): 10am to 6pm Monday (July 4): 10am to 5pm Hours May Vary Slightly Job description: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the show duties include: assisting customers, watching out for shoplifters, and organizing merchandise. Monday after the show ends we will pack up the booth and load it into the van. Things to know: The convention center REQUIRES proof of vaccination, or a negative Covid test. You should expect to be on your feet the majority of the time. Merchandise boxes can weigh up to 50 lbs, so any hire will need to be able to lift and carry that amount. Parking fees are not covered. Nor are food and beverages. There will be a lot of direct face time with customers/attendees. Pay rate is $15.00 an hour in cash paid at the end of the show.
