Seeking Bass Player - Rock Originals Project

We are looking for an experienced bass player to complement our current lineup of two guitars, vocals and drums. This project is an innovative, harder edged original rock band. Vocals would be a plus! We are working on creating appealing original music in the rock genre...definitely more hard rock than soft rock, but we don't want to limit our style. We are looking for a bass player who can join us and learn the already written parts to our existing songs, as well as create the parts for new songs, as we go,, and be a true collaborator in the creative process. Our immediate goals are to: 1. Find a bass player who fits our criteria, and we fit theirs 2. Finalize arrangements and composition for the 10 or so full songs in a form which we can create a demo and videos of our performances 3. Use the demo, videos and local gigs along with social media, streaming, and other methods to help develop a following 4. Use the demo and videos to find bigger gigs, particularly local Festivals, in which we can perform. We get together once or twice a week, and we also practice away from our get togethers, so we can get the tunes done and polished. We are personable, and want to have fun while we work toward the common goal of getting the creative sparks flying! No egos here...but we take the music seriously, and we need someone who has already honed their skill on the bass, and is currently up to speed on chops, practice, etc. As a group we all kick in on the cost of a top notch 24/7 access practice space in Lynnwood and you should also have the resources to pitch in, if you decide to pursue this project with us. We are also responsible about showing up on time, we all have Pro Gear, our own reliable transportation and Pro Attitudes, and we would expect you to have these, too. No drunks or tweaks please.
