Seeking space to hold ongoing community events

Active non-profit organization with a focus on holistic healing seeks space to rent for community events/classes/gatherings. Willing to sign a lease, consider residential location with the right layout, renting the space for just a few days per month, etc. Can be flexible and collaborative. Location is negotiable. We hold community events a few times per month and need a space that can accommodate 20-30 people at a time. Bonus if there is at lease one office/separate room for 1:1 work.
