I am currently offering guided mushroom hunting tours anywhere on the Oregon coast or Cascade mountain range from March-December 2022. Targeted species include mountain morels, pacific chanterelles, lobster mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, king boletes, chicken of the woods, matsutakes, hedgehogs, and much more. You will also learn to identify their poisonous lookalikes. Additionally, you will learn to forage for wild edible plants, berries, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and roots currently in season. All tours are lead by an experienced mycologist, botanist, and professional forager.
