Our family and El Paso authorities have tried unsuccessfully to locate Hector Escalante Baca of approximately 67 years of age. We believe he was born in Los Angeles County, California, if not, likely El Paso County, Texas. He married Gloria Silvia Baca from Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. After marriage, they lived in Cd. Juarez, then, in the city of El Paso. The couple had a son, Hector Omar. They then moved to the Los Angeles area where they had a daughter named Sophia. After divorce, Gloria Silvia Escalante moved to El Paso with their children. Father Hector Escalante eventually returned to El Paso. His whereabouts have been unknown for the last few years.
