Off-Grid Retreats () is seeking additional support managing a small camping-based silent meditation retreat in Felton (15 minute drive from Santa Cruz). Experience with camping, silent retreats, hospitality, customer service, and wilderness safety a big plus. Tasks: ensuring attendees are safe & comfortable, cleaning tents & bathrooms, setup & cleanup for meals, taking out trash, and other similar housekeeping. Hours are somewhat flexible, ideally Friday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12-8pm. Saturday optional. Look forward to meeting!
