Come join the community of Hayward and surrounding areas for a fun fitness bootcamp every Saturday hosted by Coach Tay!
Incorporate a strength HIIT class every weekend into your fitness routine.
Whether it’s fat loss, lean muscle mass, endurance, etc fitness boot camps are SUPER beneficial for you!
This 1 hour class will include:
10 min warm up to prevent injury
45 mins of weighted and body weight exercises to be performed in a certain amount of time.
5 min cool down stretching to decrease soreness.
This class is great to burn fat while gaining muscle strength!
Stay consistent with 10 class passes👍🏻
Class is 8am-9am
