Looking to hire someone to help clean up my property - $20 per hour

Hello, my name is Matt I recently moved back into a home in the Benson area I was renting for the past 18 months. The tenants were nice, friendly, and paid on time but they had one fatal flaw. They were really messy! I work from home and this project is starting to pull me away from my real job to the point where it's affecting my performance. I have gotten the place back to about 75% but am in need of some elbow grease to complete certain areas. Duties include cleaning and detailing. The home is virtually empty but you must not be afraid of dust and cobwebs. I can pay $20 per hour in the form of 3-4 hour blocks. If you want to do two blocks in a day (6-8 hours), I am good with that. I am highly flexible around your time and schedule. Payment is in the form of cash or Venmo. Sodas and snacks will be provided as well as any cleaning devices, materials, or chemicals. I just need help, lol! I imagine this will be a total of 15-25 hours for the entirety of the project. If we like working together there are plenty more tasks we can partner on in the future. It's ok to reach out through text, but we will have to speak on the phone before I make a formal hire for the job. Non-smokers only. Vape ok.
