Join our amazing team at the beautiful Pacific Winds Apartments 192 unit community located at 1215 Fawn Parkway Plaza Omaha, NE 68144 💵PAY: Up to $26 an hour (depending on experience) PLUS amazing bonuses equal up to $5k a year 80hrs pto, 20% rent discount, Up to 5% annual raises, 401k match, $15/m medical (single) and more! This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarch's established standards. What We Need: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Snow removal (when applicable) Pool maintenance (where applicable) Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs Assist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering 3 bids for projects
