Our beloved quaker parrot passed away. Bird was company for 82 year old father as I work and they kept each other company.
Heart broken for losing a part of our family who was with us a long time. But concerned without the presence of someone to be with Dad while I work in the basement, he may give up.
Not rich here, and can not pay a fortune for one.
But if you have one that you think could use lots of love and attention, and/or, just is too loud and makes too much noise, we have had birds for two decades and love the sounds of happy birds.
Would prefer a smaller parrot over a larger one
'We would pay a modest rehoming fee. Already have cage with tons of toys, but if your bird has a toy he is partial too, hope you would include it with the bird.
