Looking for owner of trailer whose wheel flew off and hit my car

I was driving out of Eureka via the Samoa bridge towards the 255 last night and a medium-to-large sized, new-ish model, light-colored (silver/tan) truck hauling a large white trailer (might have been a camper, not sure) lost a wheel off the driver’s side of their trailer and it slammed directly into the front of my 4Runner. Since I couldn’t turn around on the bridge it took me a while to pull off, assess the damage, turn around and go back to look for them… but they kept driving and I couldn’t find them. Please let me know if you have any info about this, I don’t have full coverage so unless I find the owner of the truck/trailer I’m stuck with the repairs. Report already filed with CHP.
