Metal band looking for bass player

We are currently a 3 piece band looking to play a variety of heavy genres of music. Looking for a bassist who is able to improvise and help in the songwriting process. Music theory knowledge is helpful for communicating ideas, but not required, just be able to stay in key and play on time. Skill level is not extremely important, as long as you are a decent player and willing to learn and practice.
