Hi we're a solar panel cleaning company based out of Utah! We're opening our location in Las Vegas and are looking for a few people to add to our team! Below are the details and requirements for employment. COMPENSATION - $18 hourly - Attendance bonus $250/mo (when you don't miss a work day) - Performance bonus $250/mo (this means you complete all your assigned cleanings) - Tips (avg. $10-$20 per job @ 6 jobs per day = $60-$120) - Commission - We upsell cleaning subscriptions ($12-$20 per subscription you sell) - Guaranteed full-time hours (40 per week) - Unlimited overtime available - Daily gas stipend up to $20 - Pay is weekly and is held one week behind. (if you start on a Monday you wont see your first pay check until the following Friday) DAY TO DAY WORK LIFE - Start time varies based on the season (summer we are going to be working from 8a-5p) - You'll pickup your work equipment (we provide all your work equipment) - Go to your scheduled cleanings (You'll have 6 per day and each job takes 30-60 min to complete) - Drop off your work equipment SOLAR CLEANING DETAILS - Each job takes about 30-60 minutes to complete - You'll be pressure washing the panels with an 18' extension pole so you're never on the edge of the roof. - There's not a lot of equipment to haul around. 2 little giants ladders, pressure washer and extension pole. - Our call center handles all appointments, scheduling, etc. ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES - Lead Tech - Trains techs in the field, answers questions related to field work. - Office manager - Works with our marketing department to coordinate and make sure we're hitting numbers and is responsible for hiring and managing the technicians. REQUIREMENTS - You MUST have your own work vehicle (a truck or SUV will work) - If you're afraid of heights DON'T APPLY - Experience working on a roof is preferred but not required. - Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic INTERVIEW PROCESS - First we have a phone interview to see if this is the right job for you. - If you pass the phone interview then we bring you out in the field on 1 or 2 jobs to see how you work and for you to see if you really want the job.
