Newly forming original indie rock band looking for a dedicated drummer. Currently, we are working on writing all original music that incorporates alternative, pop, dance, and/or surf-rock elements. Once we have a set completed, we will start playing shows locally with aspirations to play out of state. About me: I am a 35-year old male and I've played bass for 15+ years. I've played in numerous bands over the years and have experience in managing, booking, producing, and recording music. I have a spare bedroom at my house that I've converted into a rehearsal space with a practice drum kit, PA system, and lots of gear to play with. Located in NW OKC. My influences include: The Strokes, Tame Impala, Phoenix, Metric, Bloc Party, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arctic Monkeys, Spoon, Interpol, Death Cab for Cutie, Tennis We are NOT interested in playing covers, metal, punk, hard rock, country, or red dirt music so please don't reply if that's what you are looking for.
