Lost/Stolen Wallet in Tempe, Southern Ave Area

I lost my wallet (or it was stolen) near the Fry's and Walmart on Southern Avenue on Saturday the 25th of June. It is a small and thin blue wallet. The credit cards in it are canceled so it's no further use to whoever took it but I really need my driver's license. I'm willing to take it back from whoever has taken it with no questions asked or police involved.
