Need irrigation system setup help

I have a non-functioning irrigation system that I would like to get running again. The pump is dead, the relay is dead, there is no controller, many of the heads need to be fixed or replaced. In other words, really only the underground lines are there. I have basic understanding of what needs to be done, but would much rather pay someone with the correct experience to do it right. I can buy the components on my own, or purchase through you. (I currently have an amazon wish list of $450 pump, $50 foot valve, $100 orbit controller and $40 orbit relay)
