compensation: flat rate of $ 140 per location employment type: Full and part-time We are a cleaning company that has multiple business locations that need floor cleaning in the Southwest market & surrounding area. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM Of (2) YEARS OF FLOOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To: Stripping and Waxing Floors Monthly floor scrubbing All equipment and chemicals provided Able to work alone or with a partner. Days: Monday thru Friday Hours: Hours Will Vary (Mainly 2nd & 3rd Shift) NOTE: From Time To Time, You May Be Asked To Provide Cleaning Services As Outlined Below: Sweeping Mopping Dusting of Windowsills, Vents, Etc. Wiping Down Surfaces Window cleaning *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Job Compensation: flat rate Company Van Provided Along With Company Gas Card Qualifications: MUST PASS Background check. (no thefts or any felonies) MUST PASS DMV Background Check Previous cleaning-floor experience a PLUS. NOTE: Needs to be authorized to work in the United States.
