Handyman needed 20 hours a week. Must be able to begin work next Tuesday, July 5th. Should be able to follow instructions, work independently and efficiently. Must be able to do light irrigation, simple irrigation repairs, light construction, fencing, painting, household repairs. This could become a regular monthly gig for the right person.
