MUST be able to do/learn how to: Change tires Air up tires Test batteries Replace batteries Add fuel to vehicle Unlock vehicles MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND AND DRIVING RECORD VEHICLE AND TOOLS ALONG WITH TRAINING IS PROVIDED
