Once you click it, you have it reserved for 40 minutes to complete the purchase. If the button instead reads "notify me" and there's a red banner that reads "purchase in progress" under the model, then it's reserved by another customer. 40 minutes ago All I know is that I tried to purchase it and don't recall a “purchase in progress” reply. It begins when you click on "Get Started" in an available vehicle. This will give you 40 minutes to complete a purchase. You can request additional lock time if needed. The system will take you step by step through all the purchase process. Some documents will be requested during that process. We'll validate that information 24-48 hours after you complete your purchase online, so we can approve your purchase. After that, the appointment for delivery or pickup will take place for you to actually get the vehicle. But you can locate it in the top-right corner of a vehicle's page. The return window is 7 days. Your appointment day will count as day 1. There are no fees associated with a return. We only charge $1 per exceeded mile in a 400-mile range that we provide to test the vehicle during that time. 11 minutes ago Are the pick-ups only at designated distribution centers or can they be at a nearby dealership?
