Construction Renovation Technician In San Antonio, Fairfield is renovating a 248 unit apartment community and we are looking for a Renovation (Construction) Technician to join this project. The technician is responsible for most aspects of interior work AND any tasks assigned by the Superintendent in vacant and occupied residential apartment units. We are looking for candidates experienced with with electrical, plumbing, and appliance installation; drywall repair; painting. Skill set to include replacement of interior fixtures and finishes. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Unit interior demolition: removing lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, etc.; drywall and door repair, and other miscellaneous items. Unit interior installation: lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, window coverings, etc. Unit Interior Punch/Finish: make the unit “Rent Ready” for inspection by Superintendent and then by Property Management. Required skills: Experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance installation; drywall repair; painting. Skill set to include replacement of interior fixtures and finishes.
