CLEANER/JANITOR FOR FITNESS CLUB **URGENT HIRE** MatchpointNYC 2781 Shell Road Brooklyn NY 11223 Job description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Ensure that the fitness area and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service -Ensure that fitness classrooms and main gym area are presentable before and after fitness classes -If needed/asked to, prepare rooms for fitness classes -Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor -Clean and always disinfect the equipment -Return moveable equipment to original positions/room when needed. -Receive and store deliveries if needed -Wipe down all equipment and mats -Clean all windows and mirrors in the facility -Vacuum, sweep, and mop daily -Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment -Good work ethic, punctuality, ability to follow directions and communicate with management Full time position available, PM shifts (3pm-11pm).
