Brewmaster Tom Flores will teach you all about the history of Monocacy and our unique brewing process.
The tour will start with a brief history lesson of Monocacy’s origin story and the tales of our historic building (hint: lots of ice cream was involved). After a walk down memory lane, we’ll dive deeper into the beer making process: from the brewhouse and fermentation to the packaging and finished product.
Our tour will conclude with a tasting flight of 5 beers of your choice, during which time you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss beer profiles and tasting notes with your tour guide.
Each participant will receive a special, limited-release 10 year anniversary chalice to commemorate this momentous milestone.
