This new technique envisages the use of sugar paste layers, colored, shaped, and overlapped in order to obtain a 3D effect. It is a cutting-edge technique which has become extremely popular in the world of sugar art. This is a 8-hour class taught by master class sugar artist Cristina and Aurora Bonafede of Italy. This class will have a 1-hour intermission break 11am-12pm CST.
