Are you getting second hand faux news? The witness said that the secret service individuals relayed a story where they claim to have grabbed the presidents arm. That sounds like intervention to me. Did you miss the part of the story where Trump struck the Secret Service agent in the clavicle when he grabbed the president? Oh, never mind. You get your news from Fox so I'm sure that was omitted.
