We are so thrilled to be hosting this litter cleanup and conservation effort with our partners Seven Canyons Trust, Save Our Canyons, Uinta Brewing and Backcountry.comWe will be supporting Seven Canyons Trust with creek conservation as well as removing litter from the area. The Details:Who: Everyone! What: Trash cleanup and creek conservation along Big Cottonwood Creek When: 8/13/2022 from 8:00 a.m. to around 11:00 a.m. Social after TBD Stuff to Know1. Wear outdoor appropriate attire and your Keep Nature Wild gear is always a plus :). Shoes/boots and long pants are always recommended as well as a hat or some form of shade. ***This will be along the creek banks and potentially stepping into the creek, please wear closed toe shoes, waterproof and things you don't mind getting wet. Long pants/leggings are recommended. 2. Parking: 175 W Central Ave, Millcreek, UT 84107 3. We will provide bags and gloves. Feel free to bring trash grabbers and buckets in lieu of bags 4. You don't need any sort of pass or permit for this event 5. Cleanup events are inherently dangerous and can be strenuous. Please read and sign our liability form before participating 6.
