Need to get our decks repaired.

We are looking on getting a price from a general contractor to repair our decks. There is a lot of rot. There would have to be a permit pulled (the house is on the main st). Thank you!!! Our house is the white house. Would like the porches to look like the Blue pic if possible. (get ride of the heavy vinyl siding they used on the 2nd floor porch)
