SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — Confirmed coronavirus cases in Suffolk County hit 87,329 as of Sunday afternoon, when the county last updated its numbers. According to Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone, the total now includes the number of positives indicated with antibody testing. He added that at times, the county map is slow to update to the real-time numbers of reported cases. The map includes presumptive positive cases with a confirmed address. Presumptive positive cases without confirmed addresses are noted in "township not known" and not represented on the map. The map doesn't include cases pending from the NYS Department of Health. Note: The numbers are a cumulative amount of coronavirus cases to date; not active.
