Join Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and Elder + Oat for a pop-up event! This experience includes a hands-on barista and baking workshop, and a sourcing and business operations session where we will cover entrepreneurship.
Event Outline:
Barista 101: Learn the ins and outs of the barista station, including brewing techniques and steaming milk.Get Baking: Make donuts and focaccia utilizing naturally leavened dough.Sourcing and Business Operations: Chat about entrepreneurship and what it takes to run a business that sources local ingredients while enjoying the tasty treats make throughout the evening. *Cost - $45.00
