The six week group session will consist of expressive art activities, educational handouts, self-discovery handouts and journaling exercises. The six week program will have the following topics:
Week 1: Who am I? Recognizing how culture and life situations may Messages received that may have impacted our self-esteem, confidence and overall well-being.
Week 2: The Girl in Me or the Woman in Me? How past experiences may have shaped who we are.
Week 3: The Colors of My Soul. Recognizing what you really want to change and how that change can occur.
Week 4:
Week 5: Learning to Let it Go! Am I Using Coping Mechanisms or Defense Mechanisms?
Week 6: Standing for Me! Enriching your life, values, goals and self-esteem.
