Run/walk with us and support a great cause, whether it’s your first 5K or you're trying to set that PR! Proceeds from this event will benefit our Knock Out Parkinson's program, which gives people with Parkinson’s disease the ability to improve their quality of life through programs including strength training, flexibility, and non-contact boxing. The t-shirt is your ticket to the event! Every registration includes a free t-shirt. You can pick up your t-shirt at our South Asheville location (20 Gala Drive, Suite G-104, Asheville, NC 28803) anytime before the event, and don't forget to wear it!
