Description

We're going to have some fun by learning about proofing whiskey from local distiller Adam Stumpf of Stumpy's Spirits. Adam will talk about proofing and how he does this at his distillery. We'll also taste some different proof whiskey and attempt to proof one of our barrel picks from barrel strength to 80 proof and 100 proof. The two closest to these marks will win a bottle of the barrel pick. All attendees will get a vial of limestone water with an eyedropper they can use to proof their own whiskey at home. A few notes about this event: 1. You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to participate. 2. The event will be held at the ABV Barrel Shop's education center (6 Fox Valley Center, Arnold, MO 63010).
