50-minute mat pilates class featuring the signature Reformed Method. Reformed Pilates provides a contemporary approach to the classic elements of reformer Pilates. We utilize a specific STRUCTURE, FLOW, and METHOD to maximize results.
*Free and open to the public. Please provide your own yoga mat. Classes will be located in The Barnes & Noble Courtyard on the west end of The District.
