CrossFit Ridgeline will be hosting a fundraiser workout for the Ciampa family on July 2nd to help with any unexpected expenses during this extremely difficult time.
We will run two heats: 8am and 9am.
CrossFit Ridgeline will match all donations made by event participants up to $500.

WORKOUT
AMRAP 30 (Teams of 3)
Teammate 1:
400M Run or 200M Farmer's Carry 35/20
Teammates 2 and 3:
30 Air Squats
30 Push-Ups
30 Cal Ski
30 Ring Rows
30 Sit-Ups
30 Cal Bike
Workout Explanation: One teammate will complete a 400M run or 200M farmer's carry while the other two teammates work through the six movements (one person working at a time). Once the teammate returns from the run/farmer's carry, they will tag out one of the teammates who will then run the 400M or complete the 200M farmer's carry. Teams will continue this rotation for 30 minutes.
